Returns (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may request a return for a size change or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by accessing the "returns" section of their user profile (excluding underwear products such as underwear, socks and customised products IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW WHO I AM ).
The right of return is only possible if the product to be returned is intact. It must be returned in perfect condition, including the shoe box.
In particular, products must be returned: -Correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition and sent double-boxed, as received, with all accessories, if any.
-Without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with normal testing. Items must not show signs of prolonged use (e.g. tried on the street for more than a few minutes)
-The item will bear a Big Soup guarantee seal which must not be removed or tampered with, otherwise the return will be categorically refused.
An exchange can only be made for a different size of the same item, if available.
Refunds will be processed as soon as you complete the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item using the same payment method chosen by the customer.
Once the return request has been made, the customer will receive an RMA code and instructions by email. Unauthorised shipments will be refused.
The customer has 10 days from authorisation to return the purchase.
Return costs and charges will be borne by the customer.
Big Soup reserves the right to apply penalties of up to 100% of the value on the product for items returned that do not conform, with signs of use or without a guarantee seal on the item or for missing accessories.
