We rely on the express courier DHL for our shipments.
Orders are dispatched on the first working day following the day on which the order was placed with a 2:00 p.m. / 5:30 p.m. schedule, subject to confirmation of availability and bank verification for payment by bank transfer.
During the period of sales, promotions, events or national holidays, shipments may take longer.
You will receive a confirmation email containing the Tracking Number to follow the status of your order.

Order Delivery
DHL delivery times vary from 1 to 2 working days in Italy (except islands and remote areas).
If the customer is absent on the first delivery attempt, the courier will make a new attempt on the next working day.
If the courier, after 2 attempts, fails to make the delivery, the company Big Soup 3000 s.r.l. will contact the customer to agree on a new delivery date.
In this case the customer will have to pay the costs for releasing the stock, these costs will be communicated by email.
If for any reason the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due.
